Now what is Flower Maidens about? It's a shoujo-ai fairy tale about a woman who gets cursed. She, along with many other maidens, get turned into flowers. When the day comes that someone picks them, they must make that person fall in love with them, not just for their physical beauty, but for their soul.
The idea was given to me by my friend onistevenw. He was the one who suggested the flowers and the curse and I built the characters and the rest of the plot from there. :3

We have a lot of ways for our members to get involved! We host a writing prompt every ten days as well as many new and exciting programs for you to enjoy.
The Synergy program is designed to provide participants with somebody they can count on for help and readership. Participants are assigned in pairs and each member will tutor, inspire, critique, and help each other. Pairs will also be given a monthly challenge to collaborate together on; we keep the assignments manageable so they can be fun all the time. Sign ups are open until October 9th!
The Socratic Circle chat room is open on Saturdays from 9 PM to 10 PM and on Sunday from 12 to 1 PM EST.
The Fount of Knowledge and Wisdom is where you can share your favorite books, stories, movies, TV shows, and more, which will be posted quarterly.
We also have The Quotebook, which is our quarterly magazine. Our first theme is First Kiss. To submit a themed entry to the Quotebook, please notify us in the forum.
We also hold contests with great prizes!
